Located on NYS Route 28N/30 between Long Lake and Blue Mountain Lake, NY. The Club leases approximately 3,800 acres from the Nature Conservancy and Timber Management Company. The Club land is on both sides of Route 28N/30. Additionally, large areas of New York State wilderness forest and forest preserve lands are easily accessible from the Club lease and maintained roads.
The Salmon River and three large ponds are accessible from the Club that offer excellent fishing. Small boats/canoes/kayaks can be launched at the Club boat launch, picnic area and small beach on South Pond. New York State regulates boat motors to 10 hp on South Pond.

Opportunities abound throughout the Club property that offer big game and small game hunting and restricts the taking of doe. Miles of Club roads, logging roads and marked trails provide access to some of the finest hunting in New York State’s Adirondack Park.
The Club is literally surrounded by tens’ of thousands acres of New York State lands that are otherwise difficult to access from outside the club property. The Club’s road and trail systems make great cross country ski and snowmobiling trails in the winter months and ATV and hiking trails in the summer months. Camping is permitted along many of the Club roads with approved camper sites. BMLC - Membership Dues and Guest Rates Cost Duration Full Membership: allowed to own a camp and voting rights to club bylaws and elections. $600.00 annual Nonvoting Full Membership: allowed to purchase camper permit and full year round use of the club. Also permitted to be an escort for guests. $350.00 annual Camp Owner Lot Fee: Camp owners pay additional lot fee to the Club for their lot space. $300.00 annual Associate membership: allow spouses, camp partners and family members to access club property without escort of full member. $200.00 annual Camper Permit: 120 day camper permit for full members on approved Club camper lots. $200.00 120 days Weekend Guest Hunting Pass: for full members that wish to entertain and escort guests during the big game hunting seasons. Two full days and nights. $35.00 weekend Daily Guest Hunting Pass: for full members that wish to entertain and escort guests during the big game hunting seasons. One full day and night. $17.50 daily ATV - Snowmobile Guest Pass: permits escorted guest of Full Members to enjoy ATV riding on Club marked and approved trails. NY State Registration and insurance required for each ATV or Snowmobile. $10.00 daily
